Dinner Theatre Inclement Weather Policy

If you are unable to attend the
dinner theatre due to
bad weather, we will honor your ticket in exchange for a ticket to any
regular JCCT show at the Royal Off-the-Square Theater.
However, please understand that JCCT must pay the caterer for every meal reservation, regardless of whether the meal is eaten or not. Therefore, we are sorry, but we can not issue a refund when the holder of a dinner theatre ticket does not attend, whether it is due to weather or other factors. ŻŻŻ If we must cancel a performance, refunds will be given for that performance. |
