The Sunshine Boys
by: Neal Simon
The Sunshine Boys is the story of the aging Al Lewis and Willy Clark, a one-time vaudevillian team, Lewis and Clark, who grew to hate each other before their retirement. They did not speak off-stage during their last year working together. Clark’s nephew Ben, a theatrical agent, wants to reunite the two for a TV special. When he gets the two together to revive one of the old routines, the cantankerous actors are soon at each others’ throats.
